The PostScript files in this directory contain orbital prediction data provided by the Space Research Institute Moscow (IKI RAS - Multi-Missions Situation Analysis Tool) with 10 min. resolution. Level_1 data status of the BMSW instrument at the plasma-f.cosmos.ru data archive has been combined with the orbital prediction data at Charles University Prague. While the full resolution BMSW telemetry data contain raw data with the original time/aplitude resolution (32 Hz, 16 bits), the compressed data contain 12-bit data (linear/semilog coding) and variable time resolution 4-32Hz to achieve 8 times data bit rate reduction. When the status indicates "No data", the BMSW instrument was switched off or its data still have not been downloaded from the mass memory of the SSNI onboard telemetry (part of the PLASMA-F instrument package). BMSW_rej_index2011.txt file summarizes data chunks already downloaded to ground (present at plasma-f.cosmos.ru server). Level_1 data status of the MEP-2 instrument by IEP Kosice archive has been combined with the orbital prediction data at Charles University Prague. Full resolution MEP-2 telemetry data contain raw data with the original time/energy resolution (TAB00: 1Hz, 4 energies, TAB22: 1Hz, 32 energies, TAB28: 1Hz, 8 energies), The compressed MEP-2 data contain averaged data to achieve 8 times data bit rate reduction. When the status indicates "No data", the MEP-2 instrument was switched off or its data still have not been downloaded from the mass memory of the SSNI onboard telemetry (part of the PLASMA-F instrument package). MEP_rej_index2011.txt file summarizes data chunks already downloaded to ground (provided by IEP Kosice). Provisional quicklooks for Level_1 BMSW data are located in http://aurora1.troja.mff.cuni.cz/spektr-r/bmsw_ql_24h/ and http://aurora1.troja.mff.cuni.cz/spektr-r/bmsw_ql_6h/ The panels from top to bottom show - Control Voltage to retard the Faraday cup current to one half (SW velocity proxy) - Faraday cup current at zero Control Voltage (SW flux proxy) - Faraday cup currents from three declined cups (0,12,240 deg azimuth) - will be used for SW direction computation - Instrument mode (AR - adaptive regime, FX - fixed Control Voltage (calibration intervals), SW - sweep of Control Voltage 3 or 6 sec. period) - angle between Faraday Cup axis (X) and Sun (from DSS detector data) - azimuth angle for Sun position around the X axis, both angles are affected by the spacecraft/solar panel reorientation Analog TM channels for FC0,FC3 (0.25 s to 10 min resolution) were added for intervals where digital data have not been downloaded to ground yet (BMSW_QL_plot ver1.10).
